Job Description
Planning, sales and operation of auctions held in Japan and overseas
・Corresponding to art collectors, galleries, and general customers
・Document preparation and data management associated with art management
・Auction catalog preparation
・Auctions preparation for Tokyo and Hong Kong
・Unpacking, moving, and displaying art works

Requirement
Ambitious and willing to take challenge
Interested in working in the art industry
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
Fluent in either two language, Japanese, English, Mandarin, French
Driving license holders welcome

Offer
Full-time employee (3 months probation; salary during probation is the same as a full-time employee)
Package
Transportation expenses reimbursement up to JPY50,000 per month

Every Saturday and Sunday
Japan holidays, Summer holidays, Yearend & New Year holiday, annual leave.
*Working on Saturdays and Sundays is needed when auction held.
According to the company calendar, there will be 120 days off per year.
